Los Molinos CSD was formed by election and commended operations in 1994 under California State Government Code 61600. The District immediately secured a loan and grant from Rural Development to purchase the privately owned Los Molinos Water Works and to rebuild the entire water distribution system. The District provides potable water to the unincorporated community of Los Molinos located approximately 16 miles south of Red Bluff, California.
The District is under the policy direction of a five member Board of Directors that are elected by the public they serve. Board members are required to be residents of the District.
There are approximately 425 parcels within the service area; 33 vacant, 55 commercial, and 347 residential.
At Los Molinos Community Services District, our goal is to provide safe, reliable, clean water to all of our residents.
Please check back, we will be adding more information, soon.
