2025 Proposed Water Rate Increase

August 21, 2025

At the close of the Public Hearing on August 13, 2025, no majority written protest to the proposed water rate increase was presented under Proposition 218. As a result, LMCSD's Board of Directors approved the water rate increase which will be effective September 1, 2025. Which means, September 2025 water usage will be billed at the new rate and will be sent out on October 1, 2025. For more information see Water Rate Increase Information under News & Notices.
